Open Positions

The Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Fellowship at Syenza is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for postgraduate professionals to receive practical experience and a solid grounding in health economics and outcomes research methods. Fellows will acquire the expertise to scientifically analyze the clinical, humanistic, and economic impact of a treatment by participating in a variety of research projects. Fellows will be better equipped to assume leadership roles in the healthcare sector after completing this fellowship.

When working as a HEOR Fellow with Syenza, you will be able to:

  • Create strategically-important tasks that impact project outcomes.
  • Review evidence, identify gaps, and propose a data generating strategy to demonstrate the value of client assets.
  • Work with other professionals and subject-matter experts to gather clinical feedback on evidence generating efforts.
  • Disseminate findings to relevant parties by means of posters and articles, including internal and external review panels.
  • Provide input on studies with publication potential, including prospective and retrospective observational studies, cost-effectiveness analyses, comparative effectiveness research, chart review studies, claims analyses, patient-reported outcomes research, and more.
  • Do disease burden studies, epidemiological research, and pharmacoeconomic assessments, and create evidence dossiers for use by healthcare decision makers.

Postgraduates benefit from Syenza’s Global Market Access Fellowship by gaining invaluable work experience and a comprehensive understanding of global market strategy from pre-launch to commercialization and beyond. Through navigating national/global pricing and reimbursement processes across all major countries and developing sustainable price models, fellows will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients have access to our client’s assets.

  • Assist the Global Market Access leaders, and key markets in formulating and implementing a comprehensive pricing and market access plan for cllient assets.
  • Contributing across many disease areas that require input from highly integrated global, regional, and local commercial and market access teams in order to generate optimal pricing and value decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing consistent and up-to-date across countries.
  • Promote Value-Based Agreements in a manner consistent with Syenza’s policies
  • Keep an eye on changes in price and market access around the world, and look for ways to involve payers in new ways.
  • Engage with product teams dealing with Global Market Access and take part in interdisciplinary teams.
